2. Personal data

We collect, process and use your personal data only in accordance with the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws and provisions.

3. Data subject rights

As a data subject you have the right to information about the personal data stored about you, as well as a right to rectification, data portability, objection, restriction of processing and blocking/anonymisation or erasure of the data, provided that no exception applies (e.g. a statutory retention obligation) and subject to the statutory provisions.

If you believe that our processing of your personal data infringes applicable data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you have the possibility to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).

4. Data security

Your personal data is protected by appropriate organisational and technical measures. These measures relate in particular to protection against unauthorised, unlawful or accidental access, processing, loss, use and manipulation.

5. Transfer of data to third parties

Data may be passed on to processors engaged to fulfil the order or for general IT matters. These are in particular IT service providers (e-mail providers, hosting providers, cloud providers and other external IT service providers/consultants). Where data is transferred to third parties for individual processing purposes and further information is required, you will find this under the respective purpose.

6. Retention of data

In accordance with the applicable data protection requirements, we are obliged under Art. 5(1)(e) GDPR to erase personal data without delay as soon as the purpose of the processing has been fulfilled. In this context we would point out that statutory retention obligations and periods constitute a legitimate purpose for processing personal data.

This information is technically necessary for the operation of the website (§ 165(2) TKG). We reserve the right to review this data subsequently if we become aware of specific indications of unlawful use. These log files are processed for 30 days.
